The wizard uses 5 elimination questions to narrow 11 tools down to your top 3. Each question cuts a segment of the tool set:
- Company size — filters by pricing tier and compliance requirements (e.g., ACA reporting triggers at 50+ EE in the US)
- Region — UK buyers get an HMRC payroll filter; UK-only eliminates US-only tools
- Payroll integration need — separates pure HRIS from integrated payroll platforms
